Should you choose to utilize any of the external links within this site, you will then be subject to the privacy policy of any external site. This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect at the WCS website, how we may use that information and with whom we may share it. Our Privacy Policy also describes the measures we take to protect the security of this information as well as how you may reach us to update your contact information, remove your name from our mailing list or as us any questions you may have about our use of your personal information. It also explains how you may elect to stop receiving communications about our products and services.

You may choose to provide us with personal information when you visit our Site. For example, if you decide to complete an online survey or complete a use registration form, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your contact information (name, email, address, mailing address, and telephone number, age group, gender). We will not release your name or email address or any other information to anyone without your written authorization giving consent. An emailed consent must be combine with verbal approval then signed at your next visit or is not sufficient for these purposes.
If you would prefer that we not collect any personal information from you, please do not provide us with any such information.

We adhere to HIPAA laws, state and federal confidentiality laws, and the ethics of professional organizations to which the counselor belongs. 

Children’s Privacy

If you are under thirteen years of age, you may browse our Site. However, you may not provide personal information to us. This Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the Site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of thirteen on the Site, we will delete the information from our records.
